  1. Open the Absence Events Maintenance window. See Absence Events Maintenance window.
  2. Search for the record that you want to modify. See Searching for absence events.
  3. For the record that you want to modify, select Image RemovedImage Added.

    The Create Absence Events window is displayed with non-editable fields greyed-out. See Create Absence Events window.

    Some types of absence events cannot be edited. If you need to update details for an absence event like this, create a new absence event with the correct details and click Image Removed Image Added to supersede the old record.
  4. Make any required changes and click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The grid entry is updated with your changes.
