Troubleshooting
Issue: Cannot view applications in browser. When viewing online applications, as submitted via the online application portal, document submissions of type jpg/jpeg cannot be viewed
Fix: This is usually due to the default program on the users pc for opening the jpg – if it is set to ‘Paint’ it wont’ work. Change it to ‘Photos’Online Form Builder / Application Dashboard
Documents submitted via Application Portal can not be viewed in browser.
