This section allows users to record details of up to two contacts, the contact methods used (phone, email, SMS, other), and comments for each contact. The "Available Contacts" drop-down lists eligible contacts for the student. This list is dynamically populated based on the student's current status and contact information stored in Synergetic. The Student Medical Incident Crystal Report (STUMEDINC) has been updated to include the newly recorded contact details. |
