The kiosk must be deleted in Synergetic prior to configuring a new kiosk on the same tenant. |
Deleting a kiosk
The deletion is a “soft delete”, and the kiosk status will change from “Enrolled” to “Deleted”.
When a kiosk is deleted, you cannot re-use the QR code generated or kiosk name to configure a new kiosk.
