1. Connect your storage device to the local PC.
   Tip: If you are using a flash drive to transfer the data, insert the flash drive into the USB port of the home PC.

2. Launch the Standalone version of Synergetic by double clicking the desktop icon.
   
3. Select Module > Assessments > Import Assessments from Your Diskette.
   
   Tip: You can also access the Import Assessments from Main System window by clicking Image Removed Image Added.
   
   The Assessments Import from Main System window is displayed.
   
   
   Note: The Path to Copy from field defaults to the drive letter that the storage device has been assigned by your PC.
   
   
4. If the required Synergy.mdb file is not shown, either:
   • type the directory path in the Path to Copy from field
   • click Image Removed Image Added to browse for the file.
5. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The following dialog window is displayed.
   
6. Click Image Removed Image Added.
