1. Select Module > System > User/Report Form Editor
   The Report Selector window is displayed.

2. Click Image RemovedImage Added. The Import A File window is displayed.

3. Click

   Anchor

   Image Removed Image Added to locate the file you want to import.
   Note: The default file type is *.zcda.
   Either accept the filename or choose one of your own.
   
4. Click Image Removed Image Added. The file is displayed on the Report Selector window.
