The School tab allows you to view and maintain details about the staff member that relate to your organisation. For example, their department, category, start date and so on.

Staff Maintenance - School tab key fields
School area fields
Field | Description |
---|---|
School Staff Code | Staff code is the unique identifier for a staff member. |
Campus | Campus where the staff member usually works. |
Normal Year Level | Usual year level that the staff member teaches. |
Form | Form group or home room that the staff member is associated with. |
House | House group that the staff member is associated with. |
Department | Department that the staff member is associated with. |
Category | Category of staff member. |
Voice Mail | Voice mail number for the staff member. |
Phone Extension | Phone extension for the staff member. |
Building | Building that the staff member's office is in. |
Room | Room code for the staff member's office. |
Status sub-tab fields

Field | Description |

Active Staff Member | Clear if the person is no longer a current member of staff. |
Registration Number | Registration number for the Registration Type.

Registration Type | Type of registration. For example, RSB for the Registered School Board. |
Registration Expiry Date | Expiry date of the registration. |
Financial Expiry Date | Financial expiry date for the staff member. |
Start Date | Date when the staff member started working at your organisation. |
Leaving Date | Date when the staff member finished working at your organisation. |
First Teaching Year | Year that the staff member first began teaching. |
