1. Select Module > System > User Report Form Editor from the Synergetic main menu.
   The Synergetic User Report Form Editor window is displayed. See Using the User_Report /User Form Editor in  in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
2. Create the report you want to display using the Synergetic User Report Form Editor. See Report Form Designer in the Synergetic System maintenance manual. Anchor_GoBack_GoBack
3. Ensure that the Web Enabled field is selected for the report.

4. Click Image Removed Image Added.
5. Select Module > System> Configuration File Maintenance from the Synergetic main menu.
   The Synergetic Configuration File Maintenance window is displayed. See CConfiguration File Maintenance window in  in the Synergetic System maintenance manual.
6. Find the Synweb:HotReports:StudentMaint configuration setting.

7. Select the Synweb:HotReports:StudentMaint configuration setting.
8. Click Image Removed Image Added to create a hot report for Current Student Maintenance. See HotReports:StudentMaint configuration setting AnchorH_45358H_45358 (on page ).
9. Change the report number in the Key 4 field to determine the order of the report in the hot reports drop-down list.
10. Type the report code into the ReportName variable in the Value field.

    Note: You need to modify the RecordSelectionFormula to match the view or other SQL object referenced by the selected report.
     
11. Click Image RemovedImage Added.
    The hot report is ready to use.
