Use the Print Payroll Journal window to print payroll journals. Payroll journals give you an overview of the current pay and help you to ensure that employees are paid correctly.

Tip:
 This report can be printed while the current pay is still open or after it has been closed off (or both).

This is the summarised version. No individual employee detail is printed.

Show Payment Methods

Select to display the employee's payment methods.

Show Factor Using @ Format

Select this to show the factors in the following format:

Salary Sacrifice @ 0.100.

Highlight Nett Pay Variations

Select to highlight any variations from the employee's normal nett pay.

Show Casual Staff Variations

Select to highlight any variations in a casual employees' pay.

Note: As casual staff hours typically change from pay to pay, their variations may not be relevant.
