You can change the size of a label in Crystal Reports in two different ways. You can either alter the:

- Call up the Crystal Report in design mode using the Crystal Reports Designer.
- Right click on the Details Heading (under the Design tab).
- Select Section: Expert.
- Click on the Details section.
- Click on the Layout tab.
You can change the size of each label and the gap between each label.
Note: You can also change the direction of printing each label. That is, down then across or across then down.
Changing the margins of all labels
To change the outside margins around all of the labels on a page:
