Note: Custom search forms are only available for modules they have been explicitly created for. If you do not see a Image Removed Image Added button on the Set Search Criteria window, then no custom search form exists for this module at your organisation. See Designing user search forms in the System maintenance manual.
To use a custom search form:

1. Click

   Anchor

   Image Removed Image Added.
   The Custom Search window appears.
2. Type information into the fields.
3. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The Set Search Criteria window is displayed.
4. If you want to further restrict the results, type information in the fields.
5. Click Image Removed Image Added.
   The results are returned in the Selector grid.
