Only one citizenship record is active at a time. In the example, the citizenship of Nepal is active.
Each visa subclass can have one or more conditions.
Only one visa subclass record is active at a time. In the example, the Primary and Secondary School visa subclass is active.
Visa conditions under an active visa subclass are all active.

To open the International tab:

Select Module > Students > Current Student Maintenance from the main menu.
The Set Current Student Search Criteria window is displayed.
Tip: You can also access the current student functions by clicking Image Modified .
Search for the student. See Searching for existing students (on page ) in the Current students manual.
Click the International tab.
The International tab of the Current Student Maintenance window is displayed.

Note: When you first register a new student their details must be entered in the Visa Subclasses area. If you do not have all the details to complete this area then you are unable to save the record.

Fields

Field	Description
Citizenship Country	Country of citizenship that applies to the passport. Select the required value from the drop-down list.

Image Modified
Primary	Whether the citizenship record is the primary citizenship for your organisation's purposes. The field is automatically selected if the record is the first citizenship record. Only one citizenship record can be the primary record. Click the Image Modified button to move a record to the first position and make it the Primary citizenship.
Name on Passport	Name as it appears on the passport.
Passport Number	Number of the passport.
Issued Date	Date the passport was issued.
Expiry Date	Date the passport expires. Note: You can maintain subscriptions for passport-related Action Centre messages using the Settings Maintenance window. See Maintaining Action Centre messages.

Status	Citizenship status that applies to the person. Select the value from the drop-down list.

Note: The person's citizenship status is used only for CEOVIC export.

Buttons

Button	Description
Image Modified	Move the current record up one place in the list. If the record is moved to the top of the list, the Active flag is automatically set.
Image Modified	Move the current record down one place in the list. If the record is moved from the top of the list, the Active flag is automatically cleared.

Visa Class	Class of visa provided by the Government department. Select the required value from the drop-down list.

Subclass Code	Code and description of visa subclass that applies. Select the required value from the drop-down list.

Visa Number	Number assigned.
Arrival Date	Date the community member arrived in the country.
Visa Application Date	Date the application was provided to the Government department.
Issued Date	Date the visa was issued.
