The Phone/Occupation window is the same in all modules. The example below shows a typical Phone/Occupation window.

On the Phone/Occupation window:

1. Enter the details of the person's phone and occupation.
2. Click Image Modified .
   If you entered spouse details earlier, the Phone/Occupation window is displayed for the spouse.

2. Enter the details of the spouse's phone and occupation.
3. Click Image Modified .
   The community member is created.
4. Update other details about the community member on the Community Maintenance window. See Maintaining community members (on page ).
