  1. Create the CSV file of specialist subjects, with:
    • two columns in the following order: Subject Code, Subject Name
    • a maximum number of characters of:
    • 5 for Subject Code
    • 40 for Subject Name.
    • no headings.

  2. Select Basic Data > Subjects from the main menu.

    The Open dialog window is displayed.

  5. Navigate to the file directory with the CSV file.
  6. Select the CSV file of specialist subjects.

    The following dialog window is displayed.

    The Subjects window is displayed with the imported subjects added to the grid area.

  9. Check all the subjects were imported successfully.
    Note: Primary Time does not notify you if there is a duplicate code.
