General area fields

Description

Name

Name of the staff member.

Date of Birth

Staff member's date of birth.

Address

Staff member's home address.

Contacts area fields

Note:
Fields labelled Default are the staff member's default modes of contact. You must use Synergetic to maintain which fields are default.

Home Phone

Staff member's home phone number.

Work Phone

Staff member's work phone number.

Private Mobile

Staff member's personal mobile number.

Work Mobile

Staff member's work mobile number.

Home Email

Staff member's personal email address.

Work Email

Staff member's work email address.

Staff Details area fields

Field

Description

Department

Department that the staff member is associated with.

Registration Number

Registration number for the Registration Type.

Registration Type

Type of registration. For example, RSB for the Registered School Board.

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the registration.


Working with Children Checks area fields

Field

Description

Status

Status of the community member's WWC (Working With Children) check.
The status that is used at your organisation depends on the requirements of your jurisdiction and the person's role. The typical settings are:

  • Not Selected.
  • Applied. An application is pending.
  • PassPaidWork. The person is registered to work with children.
  • PassVolunteer. The person is registered to work voluntarily with children.
  • IntNegNot. The person is not permitted to work with children unsupervised until further notice. For example, when a person is working with adults exclusively and they have not applied for a WWC check.
  • NegNot. The person is not permitted to work with children unsupervised.

Registration Number

WWC check registration number.

Expiry Date

Expiry date of the current WWC check registration.

Spouse Details area fields

Note:
This area is only displayed if the staff member has a spouse listed.

Field

Description

Name

Name of the staff member's spouse.

Relationship

Relationship of the spouse to the staff member.

Mobile Phone Number

Mobile phone number for the spouse.
