Fields
Field | Description |

Year & Sem | Filter the timetable by year and semester. |
Staff Code | Select the staff member to maintain the study period as. |
Room | Select the room in which the study period occurs. |

Time | Time the period begins. |
Period | Number of the period. |
Class | Code of any class scheduled for that teacher in that period. |
Description | Description of any class scheduled for that teacher in that period. |
Sign In | Click the link to launch Study Period Student Login to sign students in for this period. See Using the Study Period Student Login window (on page ). |
Admin | Click the link to launch Study Period Admin for this period. See Using the Study Period Admin window (on page ). |
