Use the Students bar to add or remove students from the external test.

To open the Students bar: - Select Curriculum > External Tests Maintenance from the SynWeb main menu.
The Set External Tests Search Criteria window is displayed. - Search for the external test.
- Click on the Students bar.
Tip: You can click anywhere on a navigation bar other than the caption to open it.

Note: All students found by the search results are added to the external test. Be careful when using broad searches such as for an entire campus or year level. |
